Therapeutic Massage & Lymphatic Drainage
Massage is the practice of applying pressure or vibration to the soft tissues of the body, including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints. A form of therapy, massage can be applied to parts of the body or successively to the whole body, to heal injury, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, improve circulation and relieve tension. Where massage is used for its physical and psychological benefits, it may be termed “therapeutic massage therapy” or manipulative therapy.

We also offer Lymphatic Drainage Therapy a powerful therapeutic technique that can be used to treat a variety of problems ranging from athletic injuries, scar treatment, swelling, surgical recovery, arthritis, edema, headaches and sinus infections to chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.
Using exacting anatomical science and distinctive manual processes, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy enables therapists to detect the specific rhythm, direction, depth and quality of the lymph flow anywhere in the body. From there they can use their hands to perform Manual Lymphatic Mapping (MLM) of the vessels to assess overall circulation and determine the best alternate pathways for draining body-fluid stagnation.
