Office Policies

We are so excited you have chosen Colonics With Care for your colon hydrotherapy needs, and would love the opportunity to help you achieve your goals. Please be mindful that services are offered by appointment only and your consideration is appreciated.

Please be sure to complete and bring the Treatment Consent Form with you when you come in for your appointment.


Currently, our services are available by appointment only Tuesday and Thursday. We recommend calling ahead to ensure availability. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all services. For parties of 2 or more, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking the services.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your booked appointment up until 24 hours beforehand.  Keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  If your reserved time will not work for any reason, please call (904) 739-9979 at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Your cancellation is considered late if not received at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  A Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee of $50 will be charged for missed appointments and late cancellations.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session price.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes to complete a Client Profile form for 1st time guests.


Gratuity is not included in your cost of service. You may choose to show appreciation in cash or on your credit card. The customary average gratuity for spa services is 15-20%. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities.
