We are so excited you have chosen Colonics With Care for your colon hydrotherapy needs, and would love the opportunity to help you achieve your goals. Please be mindful that services are offered by appointment only and your consideration is appreciated.

New Booking Process

We are excited to announce our new online platform to manage your appointment from your mobile device. You will receive your appointment details, reminders and receipts via text. With the new system, check out will be a breeze.

We are migrating your currently scheduled appointments, multi-session packages and deposit details to the new system. We expect to complete the process by mid-March when we will launch our online booking app. As we move forward, we invite you share your concerns and feedback.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that sometimes situations come up that require you to change your plans. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us protect the time of our therapist and our clients, and ensures that we can continue to deliver upon our promise of exceptional service.

Cancellations and rescheduled appointments without 24 hours notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service price. This fee is non-refundable and can not be put toward any future services.

Appointments booked within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be canceled or rescheduled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time without incurring a cancellation fee of 50% of the service total.

Late or No-shows

We understand that you have a busy schedule, and allow a grace period of 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes, your appointment will be considered a “no-show” and you will be charged 100% of the service total.

Agreement

By booking an appointment with our clinic, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our booking, cancellation, and deposit policy and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.

You may reschedule your booked appointment up until 24 hours beforehand.  Keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  If your reserved time will not work for any reason, please call 904-868-6414 at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

Your cancellation is considered late if not received at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  A Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee of $50 will be charged for missed appointments and late cancellations.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session price.  We recommend arriving 15 minutes to complete a Client Profile form for 1st time guests.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in your cost of service. You may choose to show appreciation in cash or on your credit card. The customary average gratuity for spa services is 15-20%. Gift cards may not be used for gratuities.
